Trentham Frankie & Benny’s is opening a 130-seater restaurant at the entrance to the Trentham Shopping Village at the 750-acre Trentham Estate, north Staffordshire, and adjoining a new three-star hotel. Trentham Leisure, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties plc and Mr Willi Reitz has let the new 325 sq m (3,500 sq ft) building		to City Centre Restaurants (UK) Ltd on a 25-year lease at an initial annual rent of £100,000 based on percentage of turnover. The restaurant, which is opening before Christmas, has been developed next to the new 119-bed Premier Inn hotel opening next Spring. Ramadens acted for Trentham Leisure.
