Totalling 175,000 sq ft the scheme includes Vantage 100, a 100,000 sq ft distribution building together with nine light industrial/warehouse units of between 5,250 and 18,000 sq ft plus two self-contained office buildings of 2,600 sq ft each. Vantage Park is situated north of Grantham at the A1 Gonerby Moor junction. Work on the development is due to commence in early 2008 with the units available for occupation from summer 2008. Brown & Co are acting for the developer.		Nuneaton East Midlands based Eden Park Developments has begun work on a £4.8m three acre industrial and light warehouse scheme in Caldwell Road, Nuneaton to provide units for companies looking to expand or relocate within the area. The site in Caldwell Road, on the edge of town, was purchased from Advantage West Midlands and work is expected to be completed by May 2008. The scheme will include 15 high quality terraced units of between 160 and 563 sq m (1,726 and 6,062 sq ft) although some can be combined to create larger premises. The units will be available on a freehold basis although leasehold terms will also be considered. Eden Business Park has been funded by the Strutt and Parker Real Estate Fund. North Rae Sanders and Reeves and Partners are acting for Eden Park Developments. Cannock Evans Easyspace have announced that two of their planned Evans Business Centres for 2008 Speke and Cannock, have been postponed at a direct result of the government’s plans to scrap empty rates relief next year. Evans Easyspace are still going ahead with those developments they have already committed to and during 2008, they will be creating 300,000 sq ft of flexile Workspace that in turn will provide office and workshop accommodation for 350 new and developing businesses.
