The 2,300 sq ft store in Beeston town cente has been let on a new ten year lease at a rental of £39,500 pa. Peterborough Acing on behalf of Land Securities, Lambert Smith Hampton has secured the occupation of Matalan on Peterborough’s latest retail park at Maskew Avenue. LSH acted with joint agents Chase & Partners to agree the letting of 30,000 sq ft to Matalan at a rent of circa £16.50 psf. LSH and Chase & Partners have also agreed terms on a 10,000 sq ft unit that adjoins the Matalan store.
