Evans Hardy Bromwich has completed a £1.275m sale of an industrial investment in Leamington.
The agents acted on behalf of owners Comport Systems in the sale of the site at Berrington Road, in Sydenham Industrial Estate.

The long leasehold investment is let to Heinz Chilled and Frozen Foods, who pay a rent of £137,000 pa on a building of 28,800 sq ft.
The site has 60 years left on the ground lease, and the purchase reflected a net yield of 8%.
