CB Richard Ellis has appointed Nigel Foster as a senior director at its office in Birmingham.
Formerly estate manager at Hortons’ Estate, Nigel will now head CB Richard Ellis’ 15-strong asset management team.

Warwickshire law firm Lodders Solicitors has appointed Edward Moseley a partner just three months after he joined the firm.

Two Surveyors
Lambert Smith Hampton has strengthened its Birmingham-based building consultancy division with the appointment of two surveyors.
Joanne Embleton joins as a senior surveyor from DTZ. Simon Hallam joins as a surveyor from a quantity surveying practice in Stoke-on-Trent and working towards becoming Chartered with the RICS.
Apprentices
William Davis has announced that it has taken on 13 youngsters as part of its ongoing apprenticeship scheme. All 13 will experience mentored training either on site or at head office, together with day release courses at relevant local colleges such as Stevenson College of Loughborough College.
New apprentices include Robert Tarry (electrician), Kieren Lewin (carpenter/joiner), Dominic Pinto (electrician), Ashley Ineson (management technician), Sam Cheslyn (carpenter/joiner), Luke Danvers (plumber), Dale Andrews (plumber), Martin Alexander (plumber), Hugh Harriman (quantity surveyor), Luke Welstead (bricklayer), David Ramsden (bricklayer), Lewis Jones (site setting out engineer) and Joe Watson (plumber).

Two New Staff
Bartlett Property is expanding with the appointment of two new team members.
Charles Trafford has joined the firm as a director.
Formerly associate director at Innes England in Nottingham, Charles has more than ten years’ experience in retail agency.
Graduate surveyor Thomas Bolton has also joined the team. Thomas, who studied at Loughborough University, undertook work experience at Louis Taylor in Staffordshire and at Bartlett Property before coming on board as a full-time member of staff.
