David Smithen of TLT Partner Appointed TLT has appointed property development specialist David Smithen as partner in its expanding Real Estate Group. David joins from Evershed’s Birmingham office.		Graduate Surveyors The Nottingham office of Bruton Knowles has appointed two new graduate surveyors, who will work on a range of commercial and rural activity. Stuart Hastings has joined after completing his placement year with Bruton Knowles as part of his degree in real estate management. Tom Parrott has also joined the Nottingham office as a graduate surveyor following two decades of working on his family farm. Following a number of years of part time study Tom has recently graduated from Harper Adams University College. Surveyor Matthew Myers has rejoined King Sturge to further his career as a chartered surveyor. As a real estate management student, Matthew spent twelve months with King Sturge’s commercial agency department as part of his four-year-long course. Now he is gaining valuable experience in the firm’s professional department, working with partners David Findlay and Dave Cureton.
