Huntingdon A fund managed by commercial property investment specialist, Pinder Fry & Benjamin LLP (PFB) has let 5,263 sq ft of business park office space in Huntingdon to Team Studio Europe Ltd. The space is located at Unit 8, Ramsay Court, on Hinchingbrooke Business Park.		Team Studio Europe has taken a 10-year lease, with a five-year tenant's break, at a rent of £15 psf. The office unit was developed by Cheshire-based Gladman Developments and marketed jointly with PFB. PFB and Gladman were advised by Barker Storey Matthews' Huntingdon office and Budworth Hardcastle's Peterborough office.
