Unit 2, Meadow Lane, Nottingham

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of British Waterways have let
one unit on Meadow Lane in Nottingham.
A two-year term has been agreed at a stepped rental equivalent to £24,950
pax for Unit 2 which offers 9,970 sq ft of industrial accommodation to
Henton & Chattell.
The unit was let at £2.50 psf.
Three deals have recently been completed on industrial units at the Lakeside Industrial Estate in Redditch, which is being marketed by Lambert Smith Hampton with joint agents CBRE.
The 6,332 sq ft Unit 13 has been taken by LA Glass, Kuretake has taken the slightly larger Unit 14 and Degussa Construction Chemicals has taken on a unit of 11,741 sq ft.
The site is owned by a client of Scottish Widow Investment Partnership.
