CB Richard Ellis have secured one of the first pre-lets at Alpha 2, Hams Hall, on behalf of Bridisco.
The company, which currently occupies a 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) distribution warehouse at The Fort, has taken 2,638 sq m (28,400 sq ft)

on a 15 year lease at £64.04 psm (£5.95 psf).
The landlord of the development is Wrenbridge, which was advised by Atisreal.
Work on the new building is due to start this month and will be ready for occupation in autumn.
