Birmingham
SEGRO has attracted international Synergies Ltd as the latest tenant to
relocate its regional headquarters to the Kings Norton Business Centre
in south Birmingham.
The company has agreed a six year lease on 775.27 sq m (8,377 sq ft) of
office space at 44 Imperial Court at a rent of £21.50 psf.
