The team at M3
New Recruits and Office
M3 has strengthened its Birmingham team with two new appointments and has moved to larger premises within the city centre.
Nick Waddington has joined M3 as a partner, Nick originally studied and worked in Birmingham before moving to London working for Holley Blake, Gerald Eve and then Knight Frank.
Josephine Baker joins M3 as associate having previously worked at GVA Grimley for nine years, based in Birmingham.
In addition, M3 has appointed William Abbott as graduate surveyor.
Following these new additions to the team, M3 has acquired larger premises and is now based at Portman House, 5-7 Temple Row West, Birmingham.

Kingston – Commercial Property Consultants, is the new trading name of Kingston & Partners. Working alongside local design consultancy At-u, the Lichfield based chartered surveyors has adopted a fresh and professional new image.
Kingston has been operating in Lichfield, Staffordshire and the wider Midlands region for nearly 50 years and has carried its previous branding for almost half of that time.
Recruit
Bidwells have expnded their operation along the M1 corridor and have employed Phil Kentish to strengthen the team in this area.
Phil has joined Bidwells as a chartered building surveyor and has a wide range of property experience.
