Caldecotte Lake Business Park Milton Keynes Highclare Properties Ltd has sold Caldecotte Lake Business Park, Milton Keynes for £32.5m. The office park, developed by Highclare Properties Ltd in 2000, is situated south of central Milton Keynes. The Business Park comprises seven self-contained office buildings totalling 170,000 sq ft set within a 12-acre landscaped site and generates an annual income of £1.94m pa with an estimated rental value of £2.57m pa once fully let. The Park has been purchased by Frontier Estates Ltd, in a joint venture with LaSalle UK Ventures Fund. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, who advised Highclare on the acquisition and development of the site, and its subsequent letting, advised the vendors. The joint venture partnership was represented by Bidwells.		Coventry Argent Court, at Warwick Business Park, has changed hands in a £4.05m off market deal. The 2,809 sq m (30,241 sq ft) office premises, on Sir William Lyons Road, Coventry has been acquired by the University of Warwick from CB Richard Ellis Investors. The Birmingham office of CB Richard Ellis acted for the vendor, Gerald Eve advised the University of Warwick.
