The Great British Mobility Group has opened a new distribution centre at Colonnade Point on the ProLogis Park, moving from its previous site in Foleshill in the city.
D&P Holt acted for Capel House Property Trust Ltd in attracting the Great British Mobility Centre to the park. King Sturge are joint agents on the scheme.
The property was acquired at a rate of £5.50 psf.

Tamworth
Unit 5 Landsberg, Lichfield Road Industrial Estate, Tamworth, comprising 1,418 sq m (15,265 sq ft) has been sold freehold for £950,000 plus VAT.
Kingston CPC acted for the vendor, Smith Brothers (Tamworth) Ltd. The new owners are AT Communications (Europe) Ltd.

Rushden

Burton on Trent

The vendor was Sigma Property Management Ltd, represented by Salloway.

Walsall
Three quarters of the units in the last speculative phase on the 16-acre Walsall Enterprise Park being developed by St Modwen, which will be completed in March, have been sold.
Only three units of the 35,840 sq ft phase, from 5,015 sq ft to 6,760 sq ft, are still available.
Six units have been sold/let to local, regional and national firms with a value in excess of £1.25m. Andrew Dixon is representing St Modwen.

Leamington
A 4,240 sq ft industrial unit Lower Heathcode Farm, Heathcote Industrial Estate has been let to Pegasus for £19,500 pa.
