Acting on behalf of Bells Motor Group Ltd, Bidwells have completed the disposal of a car dealership premises located on Main Road, Earls Barton.
The property which totalled in excess of 8,500 sq ft and standing on site of nearly one acre previously the base for a Bells Mitsubishi Dealership which is being relocated to their main headquarters on Bedford Road in Northampton.
The property was previously on the market with freehold offers invited in the region of £800,000.
An 11,993 sq ft unit in Derby Road, Burton on Trent has been let for £78,000 pa + VAT (by assignment) to Tile Choice Ltd.
Salloway acted for the landlords, Travis Perkins Ltd.

5 High Street, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton has been let off an asking rent of £6,500 pa to Skitts Estate Agents by landlord Marstons Brewery plc.
Towler Shaw Roberts handled the letting of the 578 sq ft property.
