Two storey office accommodation in Solihull, which generates an annual rental of £125,000, has exchanged hands for £1.89m in a deal brokered by King Sturge.
Rodenburst Estates, a subsidiary of Highcroft Investment Ltd, has sold units 3-4 Highlands Court, Highlands Road, Solihull to St Julian’s Estate, a family trust.
The building provides 668 sq m (7,190 sq ft) of office space and is currently let to Siemens Real Estate Ltd on a lease which runs to 2015.
