Towcester Building Supplies has just completed the purchase of its depot at Hackwood Road on the High March Industrial Estate in Daventry.
Underwoods sold the 19,328 sq ft warehouse and large yard on behalf of the Executors. A figure in excess of £1m was achieved.

Unit 5 Trojan Centre, Finedon Road Industrial Estate in Wellingborough has been let on a new five year fri lease with a rental of £7,949 pa.
Underwoods let the 1,514 sq ft industrial unit to Swirl Trading Ltd, on behalf of the landlord, the Borough Council of Wellingborough.
