Albion Land have announced that Jon Silversides, formerly head of agency at Lambert Smith Hampton, has joined Albion Land Developments as director.
Development Manager
Alfred McAlpine Developments have recently appointed Roger Ahmed as development manager.
Roger brings with him 10 years of agency experience to the development team based in Bromsgrove. Roger spend five and a half years working for GVA Grimely before moving to Colliers CRE where he spent just under five years undertaking mixed use development agency advising commercial and residential developers alike.

Alex Jones of Mills & Reeve

Mills & Reeve has announced the appointment of real estate specialist, Alex Jones from DLA Piper. Based in Birmingham, Alex will join the firm as a partner in the national real estate in late 2007.
Alex’s role will be dual-purpose: he will head up the firm’s well-established Birmingham real estate team while using his specialist expertise to grow the practice’s capability.
Group Board Appointments
The Simons Group have announced the appointment of two new key executives to joint their group board from 18 September.
Alan Barnes as the new managing director of Simons Construction joins the group board. Alan has been with Simons Construction for 11 years.
Steve Major, as the current managing director of Simons Design has been promoted to the group board. Steve joined Simons Design in 1984: he was appointed director in 1989 and became Managing director in 1994.
