Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have completed a deal at Trentside Business Village, Newark.
The deal concluded sees NFU Mutual relocate from the town centre to secure 1,692 sq ft on the first floor of Building 4 in this four unit scheme. The rental achieved was £21,500 pa (£12.71 psf).
With Buildings 3 and 4 only just practically completed, the remaining floor available is under offer with space now only left in Building 3. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor hope to shortly confirm the conclusion of

the letting of this floor together with the sale of Unit 2 which remains under offer. Fisher Hargreaves Proctor were sole agents in the deal.

Acting on behalf of Trustees of Mercia Construction SA Pension Fund, Kingston & Partners have sold Unit 1 Cobbett Road, Burntwood Business Park, Burntwood to KO21 Consulting Ltd. The premises comprise 547 sq m (5,892 sq ft) and were sold at £835,000 + VAT.
