Innes England has confirmed the sale of a two storey property on Agard Street, which provides office accommodation of some 1,000 sq ft together with on-site parking. Offers were sought over £200,000.
The premises were sold on behalf of a private client to W R Electrical Services for their new Derby base.
Also in Derby, MFA Building Control Ltd have purchased the freehold of Clifton House, 68 Ashbourne Road through Innes England.
The property extends to some 1,335 sq ft of net internal space and provides good quality office accommodation over two floors. A purchase price was agreed close to the guide price of £250,000.
Nottingham

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acting on behalf of NASUWT jointly with Keningtons, have announced the sale of Chapel Court in Arnold to Taylor McGill Insurance Consultants Ltd.
The property which has been extensively marketed and has had terms agreed on it previously has been sold to Taylor McGill Insurance Consultants Ltd for their own occupation.
The property comprises a three storey detached office building with small out building which in total extends to approx 2,715 sq ft. The property has been sold for £295,000 which devalues to almost £110 psf.
Solihull
Phoebus Software Ltd are to relocate their offices in Solihull as part of
the company’s expansion plans.
Salway Bradbury, acting on their behalf, have negotiated leasing 4,750 sq ft in Radcliffe House, which is trebling the amount of office space they currently occupy in Warwick House, Warwick Road.
Phoebus Software is taking a ten-year lease, with a five-year break. The asking rent was £19 psf. The deal includes 12 car spaces.
DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle acted for Tiger Developments Ltd, landlord of Radcliffe House.

Acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, Jones Lang LaSalle has let the last remaining office suite at The Citadel in central Birmingham.
Bankhall Investment Associates has agreed to take 2,787 sq ft on the third floor on a five-year lease, at a rent of £41,820 pa. This equates to £15.00 psf.
Wolverhampton

Approx 2,466 sq ft of office and storage space over three floors at 30-32 Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton has been let for a three year fri term for £16,000 pax.

Birmingham
ICICI Bank UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank Ltd, India’s largest banking group, has opened its first branch in the West Midlands at 43-45 Colmore Row in Birmingham.
Following a complete fit-out, the new operation represents ICICI’s sixth branch in the UK and will offer corporate, investment and personal banking facilities.
The 1,240 sq ft city centre site has been let from Hortons’ Estate until March 2011 on a fri lease at an annual rent of £64,500.

White Commercial have let the third floor at Finance House to Porter Novelli Ltd.
The premises, totalling 5,626 sq ft and including 30 parking spaces, have been sub-let to Porter Novelli by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance for a term of approx two years at a rent of £64,136.40 pax, equating to £11.40 psf pax.
