99-year lease from June 1964 and sub let to Manor Pharmacy. The lease
was drawn on fri terms having a 21-year rent review period. The agreed
rent was £20,000 which reflected an ITZA of £40 with an adopted
discount of 10% to reflect an assumed lease term of 56 years and the 21-year
review pattern. CBRE acted for the head lessee.

of £6,500 pa to Skitts Estate Agents by landlord Marstons Brewery
plc.
