Burntwood
Kent based firm CTF Supplies has opened CTF Midlands at Burntwood Business Park near Lichfield.
The company has taken Unit 1 in Zone 3 of the Park, which provides 16,064 sq ft, on a ten-year lease. The rent was agreed at £3.94 psf.
Prior to the letting, landlord London and Cambridge Properties (LCP) extended Unit 1, doubling its square footage. It also carried out a full refurbishment, re-roofing and re-cladding the unit, replacing windows and doors and redecorating internal office areas.

Burntwood
Acting on behalf of Plant Lane Properties Ltd, Kingston CPC and Harris Lamb have sold Unit 1, Plant Lane Business Park in Burntwood to MDL Insulations Ltd for £435,000 + VAT.
The deal is a long leasehold – 998 year lease at a peppercorn rental. The property comprises 604.5 sq m (6,507 sq ft).
