Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments
and has confirmed the completed of the transaction which resulted in
over 35,000 sq ft of space being let before practical completion.
The rental agreed was £201,106.10 pa.
Tuxford
Acting on behalf of Walker & Son in Tuxford the letting of Unit
1, Fulwood Park was agreed and documented in only a few hours with the
tenant taking occupation the next day.
Unit 1, Fulwood Park has been taken by Door Stop International a subsidiary
of Synseal Holdings Ltd and has been acquired to house a new door making
facility. Sunseal has had substantial presence in the locality and it
is natural progression for them to acquire these premises which extend
to over 109,000 sq ft. The deal is worth approx £7m.

On behalf of Granary Development Ltd, Salloway and Rushton Hickman have
let Unit C, Granary Wharf, Burton-on-Trent for £20,000 pa plus
VAT on a fri lease.
The 157 sq m (1,700 sq ft) unit was let to Eclipse Ltd.
