Three Horseshoes inn and restaurant, Allensmore

Unit 9 Barnwell Court, The Green, Mawsley, Kettering has been let on a new 10-year iri lease with tenant option to break at the end of the fifth year with a rental of £9,760 pa. The lease also includes an upward only rent review at the end of the fifth year. The 601 sq ft unit was let to a private tenant by City & County Developments Ltd.

Allensmore
In a confidential, off market deal, Christie & Co have sold the freehold interest in the Three Horseshoes inn and restaurant in Allensmore, near Hereford to a London based investment company from a guide price of £1.2m.
Christie & Co acted on behalf of the Ratcliffe family in the sale of the substantial detached property which comprises two bars, three restaurants with 56 covers, three en suite letting bedrooms, three bedroom owners accommodation and a separate staff cottage.
