Nottingham
Henry Boot Developments Ltd has announced a further letting at the Axis scheme in Nottingham.
Philpotts has taken a 15 year lease for 2,000 sq ft of space at the former Co-op department store in Upper Parliament Street.
The rent is £40,000 pa and the increase in capital value is aprox £100,000.
Units 1 and 2 were previously let to Christopher Wray Lighting. heb negotiated the surrender of this lease allowing the units to sub-divided with Philpotts taking occupation of unit 2.
