Norman Wright of Tuffin Ferraby Taylor
Project Manager
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has recruited its first senior project manager,
and announced two partner promotions.
Senior project manager Norman Wright joins TFT from Lambert Smith Hampton,
with a brief to oversee the offices increasing new build and refurbishment
workload.
In addition, Michael Richardson is promoted from associate to partner,
with responsibility for general project management and refurbishments
of commercial developments for property investment companies.
James Bent is also promoted to partner from associate, overseeing Birminghams
professional services such as project monitoring, due diligence, party
walls and dilapidations.
Office Expansion
The Birmingham office of Atisreal has combined two offices into bigger,
grade A premises at 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, following the companys
acquisition of Fuller Peiser in October 2006.
Tim Suffield, director and head of the Birmingham office, says: We
are delighted to be combining the strengths and expertise of teams from
Atisreal and Fuller Peiser in 15,000 sq ft of new office space in central
Birmingham.

Carrie Dromey of Andrew & Co
Two Recruits
Two new recruits have joined Andrew & Co to strengthen their conveyancing
and employment and dispute resolution (EDR) teams.
Carrie Dromey joins from Chattertons with newly qualified Kathryn Smith
also joining.
Cycle Challenge
Birmingham property adviser, Julian Ball is all geared up to cycle the
gruelling 900 miles from Lands End to John o Groats to raise
money for healthcare charities.
Julian, from GVA Grimley has teamed up with two fellow healthcare specialists
Rick Tarver and Robert Belcher to tackle the challenging End to
End route on June 9, 2007.
The team are hoping to raise in excess of £20,000 for the National
Autistic Society and Alzheimers Society.

HBJ Gateley Wareing have appointed new partner Ray Simpson to the property
department in Birmingham.
Ray Simpson joins the firm after over 10 years at Hammonds Solicitors
in Birmingham.
