Parklands Business Park, Birmingham Birmingham Select Service Partner will occupy over 10,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Parklands Business Park, a 30-acre office development at		Birmingham Great Park, in south west Birmingham. The entire first floor of One Parklands has been let on a ten-year lease to the company at £17.50 psf. In addition, a further 5,978 sq ft of ground floor accommodation within the same building has been snapped up by Hill McGlynn at £17.75 psf. GVA Grimley, Colliers CRE and KWB are joint letting agents on the scheme. Dudley Bulleys have let Unit 2 Hurst Business Park, Navigation Drive, Dudley. They have let 32,699 sq ft to Hickman Industries Ltd, who have taken the unit on a new 10-year lease term. The quoting rental was £3.67 psf. Bulleys, along with joint agents Harris Lamb, acted on behalf of the previous tenant in conjunction with the landlord, Teesland IOG and First City advised Hickman Industries.
