Malcolm Jones of KWB Surveyor Birmingham based KWB has strengthened its surveying team with the appointment of Malcolm Jones. Project Post Birmingham-based Stoford Developments had appointed 26-year old Nicola Spears as its first female project manager. Nicola, who lives in Balsall Common near Coventry, has moved to Stoford from a similar role with Mace.		Anne Murray of Davenham Property Finance Director Anne Murray is the new divisional director of Davenham Property Finance. Anne joined Davenham in 2000 as a client relationship manager and after three promotions in seven years is now in charge of the division. New Face Concept has appointed a new project manager. James Peake, a Nottingham Trent University graduate, joins from Marriott Construction, part of the Keir Group. Director Richard Franklin has joined Persimmon Homes as development director for the central division. He was previously a director and head of Savills (L&P) office in Birmingham. Marathon Effort A senior project manager from Nottingham and Birmingham-based Concept has completed an eight-day seven-marathon extravaganza in the Bavarian Alps – for fun! Gary McMahon was one of nearly 400 superfit runners from 38 countries to take part in the Transalpine run which saw competitors, in pairs, tackle a marathon a day for nearly a week, each day climbing to heights of up to 9,000 ft.
