Belbroughton New Life is being breathed back into the Worcestershire village of Belbroughton with the development of seven rural offices. Work on Mill Pool is now well underway by local developer Thomas Vale. When completed next spring, it will provide employment for over 100 people. Joint agents are KWG and King Sturge.		Ashbourne Birmingham and Nottingham based Concept is to start work on a £3m Travelodge Hotel in Ashbourne. Work begins in January 2008 on the 53-bedroom hotel, with work expected to be completed in October 2008.
