A 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) distribution warehouse on Centre 38, Barton-under-Needwood, near Burton-on-Trent, has been sold to Close Brothers for £19.5m. The unit was developed by Barton Business Park Ltd, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties plc and Prologis Ltd.
DTZ and Burbage Realty are joint agents for the development. Atisreal represented Close Brothers.
