Banbury Stockdale Land is meeting the demand for high quality locations along the M40 Corridor by developing further sites at its Banbury Business Park between J11 and J12. Charter Community Housing Association has recently moved into a 14,500 sq ft Headquarters building on an adjacent site to the County		Ambulance Trust. The premises are let on a 25-year fri lease with five yearly rent reviews at £15.50 psf. Also, Stockdale Land have obtained planning consent for eight small B1/B2 units totalling approx 25,000 sq ft which will commence shortly.
