Long Eaton Three Valleys Housing Association have moved into a headquarters office building at Wilsthorpe Road, Long Eaton. The Housing Association has merged a number of its offices into this brand new facility, which has a total area of 15,000 sq ft. The deal has been put together by Savills Nottingham office, on behalf of the developers Pelforth Properties Ltd. The rent is £225,000 pax.		Following agreement of the new lease terms with Three Valleys Housing Association, Savills subsequently agreed the forward sale of the freehold investment property to private investors, who were advised by Richard Brudenell Chartered Surveyors of London. A net initial yield in the region of 6.35% was achieved for the investment.
