Focus One, Focus Park, Solihull Solihull Wrenbridge, in joint venture with Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, has let Focus One, at Focus Park, Solihull, the unit which is speculatively redeveloped following a fire. Wrenbridge Design Ltd designed and project managed the development while Wrenbridge Land Ltd development managed the project on behalf of Axa. The unit, comprising 39,752 sq ft, has been let to Hire Service Holdings Ltd for 15 years subject to a 10 year break at £6.50 psf with 12 months rent and a six month penalty if the break is exercised. £6.50 psf is a new headline rent for Solihull and reflects the demand for accommodation in the area. King Sturge and Atisreal acted as letting agents.		Wellingborough Acting on behalf of A & S Flooring Ltd, Underwoods has let 50 Angel Lane, Wellingborough on a new 10-year iri lease with a mutual break option 31 August 2012 and an upward only rent review at the end of the fifth year. The 3,715 sq ft industrial property has been let for £12,000 pa to Wellingborough Youth Project. Grantham Acting on behalf of Kilmartin Property Group and JP Morgan, joint agents Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, M3 and King Sturge have secured the letting of the former TDG Warehouse on Trent Road at Grantham to the Random House Group. The warehouse which extends to over 334,000 sq ft was acquired vacant by the joint venture in the first quarter of 2007 and following extensive marketing terms were agreed towards the end of last year and the tenant is due to take occupation in March. The building will be occupied by Grantham Book Services. Stoke-on-Trent Scentarea Ltd has let Units 9B and 9D, Blythe Park, Sandon Road, Cresswell in Stoke-on-Trent to Robust UK Ltd. The 9,560 sq ft warehouse/workshop was let on a three-year fri lease with tenant option to break at the end of year two. The rent was £33,460 pa (£3.50 psf pa).
