(l to r) Alan Sawden, Jon Archer and Malcolm Grayson of Andrew and Ashwell		Retirement After 42 years as a chartered surveyor, Alan Sawden has seen his fair share of keys, but this week he handed over a very special set to his fellow partners at Andrew and Ashwell. Alan, who has worked for the company since 1975, has now retired as senior partner and handed over the business reins to partners Jon Archer and Malcolm Grayson. Both paid tribute to his contribution to the London Road agency over the years and said he would be sorely missed. Alan will still act as a consultant to the agency. New addition Towler Shaw Roberts have announced a new addition to their expanding asset management services team based at their Shrewsbury office. Sarah Pocock has joined the company to assist James Harrison in providing a range of asset management services.
