Savills’ Birmingham office has recently taken space at Innovation Court, Edmund Street in Birmingham from Williams de Broe.
Savills has agreed an assignment of the stockbroker’s original 10-year lease expiring in September 2018. The property advisor will move its entire office incorporating commercial, L&P and SPF sectors from Caxton House to occupy the first floor at Horton Estate’s Innovation Court totalling 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft). The new office will be open for business on 11 February 2008.

Senior Director
Ian Stringer of GVA Grimley relinquished his position as head of the national offices business unit on 1 May 2007 and will be taking up his new appointment as regional senior director for GVA Grimley in Birmingham 1 May 2008.
