Four Appointments
Lace Market Properties has made four new appointments.
Chris Hay has been appointed as senior commercial manager and Mark Evason
has been appointed as construction manager for the Picture Works, SummerLeys
House and Geneva Court developments in the Southside of Nottingham.
They bring with them a wealth of experience having previously worked for
Miller Construction and Taylor Woodrow.
Claire Ratcliffe is the first lady to join the Lace Market Properties
construction team. She will act as assistant project manager working alongside
Mark Evason and Chris Hay.
Philip Murrell has taken the role of construction manager and will oversee
the Enfield Chambers and Western Street developments in

Nottingham and the
Marsh House Development in Bristol.
New Appointments
Daniel and Hulme has appointed Andrew Broome to their professional and
valuation department assisting both Richard Day and Richard Mounsey. Prior
to joining Daniel and Hulme, Andy worked for Langtree Property Company
Ltd and Inshops. He will help strengthen the profession department dealing
with rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
Dean Richards has been appointed as an assistant to Richard Mounsey in
the commercial agency department to assist in promoting and developing
Daniel and Hulmes commercial property department. Previously Dean
worked for Macclesfield Borough Council.
