Northampton Opus Energy has moved to Royal Pavilion Moulton Park, in what is the largest single office letting to conclude on the estate in recent years. In a deal orchestrated by joint agents Budworth Hardcastle and DTZ,		Opus Energy has taken occupation of the 11,087 sq ft ground floor of Royal Pavilion on an 11 year sub-lease from the Learning and Skills Council, at a rent of £129,829 pa. Lambert Smith Hampton advised Opus Energy.
