Ian Beaumont of Deeley Properties Projects Director Deeley Properties have appointed a new projects director. Ian Beaumont has joined the company from Rose Project Services. Project Manager ISIS Waterside Regeneration has appointed a senior project manager. Ken Mossman has been appointed as a senior project manager with the overall responsibility for the management of three projects in Birmingham and London. Associate Savills has expanded its investment team in Birmingham with the appointment of new associate, Andrew Bull. Andrew joins Savills from Knight Frank where he spent three years as part of the investment team, prior to which he was with the NFU Mutual. Andrew joins the existing team comprising national director Jonothan Holmes and associated, Caroline Dawson.		David Hughes of DTZ Valuation Post DTZ has strengthened its commercial valuations and professional advisory services team in Birmingham with the promotion of David Hughes to the position of director. David joined DTZ’s professional advisory services team in 2001 and was promoted to associate director in 2005. David previously worked at Wyre Forest District Council for three years and at Railtrack Property in Birmingham. Two New Team Members Bruton Knowles has added further expertise to its Birmingham office with two appointments to its building consultancy team. Simon Turton has been appointed as a senior building surveyor. Also joining Simon in the building consultancy team is University of Central England graduate, Will Purvis.
