Daventry Following Daventry District Council’s selection of Henry Boot Development Ltd as its preferred development partner, negotiations have been concluded and a development agreement has been signed by both parties. Henry Boot will now enter into detailed negotiations with West Northamptonshire Development Corporation prior to the submission of a planning application.		The agreement relates to the phased development of two prominent sites in Daventry town centre. Phase one will provide some 75,000 sq ft of traditional high street retailing as well as a new library. Phase two will provide 90,000 sq ft of mostly large format retailing, 65,000 sq ft of office accommodation, plus hotel, bars, restaurants, a gym and residential accommodation.
