New West acted jointly with Fisher Hargreaves Proctor in securing a letting of the premises by way of a new 10 year lease subject to five		year reviews at £40,000 pax. The premises comprise ground floor sales of a split level nature of 110 sq m (1,184 sq ft) with a basement 54 sq m (581 sq ft) and first floor of 51 sq m (552 sq ft).
