Lincolnshire County Council’s economic regeneration team have recently submitted an outline planning application to Boston Borough Council for the development of a new storage and distribution park on 18 ha of land at Kirton.
The vision there is for a high quality storage and distribution park with attractive architecture and landscape architecture, and the development will operate as a gateway to the town and wider area.
Kirton Distribution Park is just one of several employment areas providing serviced land on the outskirts of Boston - Riverside Industrial Estate is another, which has potential for investment and

development for B1, B2 and B8.
Leicester
Leicester’s New Business Quarter – already forging forwards with the landmark Colton Square development - has been given a boost with the news that planning permission has been granted for another Grade A office project.
The redevelopment of International House and surrounding buildings, on Granby Street, combines sustainable office space and leisure units, and provide accommodation for 800 new jobs in the city centre.
The site for the 90,000 sq ft development has been assembled by developers Cathco.
