Consultant
Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that Peter Broadhead has joined its Birmingham office as a consultant in the project and development services team. Peter, who has 20 years experience, joins from KHK Group, which was recently acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle.
Associate Director Posts
DTZ have strengthened their industrial and logistics team in Birmingham with the promotion of Helen Kendrick and John Sambrooks to the position of associate director.
Helen joined DTZ in July 2004 from NAI Fuller Peiser where she worked as a surveyor and then a senior surveyor in the industrial agency team and prior to that, at Lambert Smith Hampton as a graduate surveyor.
John previously worked in Chesterton as a surveyor and then senior surveyor in the industrial agency team, joining DTZ in April 2004.
Planning Expert

Chris White has joined CB Richard Ellis.
The former head of regeneration at Castlemore Securities Ltd and deputy chief executive of RegenCo Sandwell has been appointed as a director at the firm’s office in Birmingham.

The growing success of the building surveying division at Edmond Shipway has led to the promotion of Craig Keogh to partner.
He joined the practice in January 2002 and was quickly promoted to associate in May of the same year. He was appointed head of building surveying in October 2005.
Planner
Lambert Smith Hampton has strengthened the development and planning team in its Birmingham office with the appointment of a new planner.
Michael Askew joins LSH from Martyn Bramich Associates.

Brendon Rush has been promoted to director at Coventry-based GAJ Planned & Reactive Maintenance.
Brendon has worked for the company for over six years after joining GAJ in 2001 as contracts manager.
