Bromsgrove Lambert Smith Hampton Birmingham has acquired an 8,500 sq ft industrial unit for Show Support, a subsidiary of XL Video. The unit on Saxon Business Park, Hanbury Road, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove has an annual rental of £46,000 on a 15-year lease with a three-year tenant’s break option.
