62 New Street, Birmingham has been let by Praedia Investments Ltd to Costa Ltd. Rowley Hughes Thompson acted for Praedia and Brasier Harris acted for Costa.
The premises totalling more than 3,400 sq ft, have been let on an effectively fri 10-year lease with a stepped rental of £105,000 in year one rising to £112,500 in year five, with an average rental of £110,000.

Nottingham
New West Chartered Surveyors, Nottingham acting on behalf of private landlord clients have secured the letting of the former Argos unit at Unit 2, Fountain Court, Gordon Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham.
The premises comprise ground floor of 96 sq m (1,036 sq ft) and have been let by way of a new 15-year lease subject to five-year rent reviews at £29,000 pax to Iguazu.
New West Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the landlords and Edwards Clegg represented Iguazu the tenants.
