Worcester
St Modwen Properties plc has acquired 20.46 acres at Nunnery Way, Worcester,
for £3.15m to add to its hopper of development opportunities.
The land is strategically located with close access to M5 Js 6 and 7,
and was bought from the Nunnery Way Partnership and the Thomas family.
It is earmarked for long-term commercial development.
The City of Worcester Local Plan identifies the land as being a

site for Worcester City Football Club with whom St Modwen has been having
detailed discussions, together with enabling commercial development.
Birmingham
A development site (STP) at Bagot Street, Birmingham with an area of 500
sq m has been sold for £75,000 to a private individual.
