Work is well underway on a major modernisation project at one of the most
successful business centres in the region.
The University of Warwick Science Parks Venture Centre, near Westwood
Heath, Coventry, is undergoing a refurbishment programme, with funding
support from Advantage West Midlands, worth more than £0.5m
the biggest undertaken since it opened over 20 years ago.
The work began last summer and is expected to last around two years and
will improve the centre internally and externally including everything
from new lights, windows and ceilings to a new conservatory which will
provide a new social and meeting environment to enhance the café
facilities already run in the centre.
