Senior Posts
Eden Park Developments has made two senior appointments to enable it to expand its portfolio across the East and greater Midlands.
Phil Daniels joins as associate development director from Fisher Hargreaves Proctor.
Luke Fillingham takes on the role of senior development manager. He has spent the past three years in a similar post for Priority Sites, a JV between English Partnerships and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Surveyor
Ben Spickernell has been appointed development surveyor by West Midlands developer Maximus.
He previously worked in London for five years, latterly for the West End-based St Anselm Development Company.
Acquisition
DTZ has acquired the business and assets of Donaldsons LLP for an initial consideration of £39.8m plus deferred consideration of up to £8.8m. The combined business will fully adopt the DTZ brand name from Autumn 2007.

Chartered architectural technologist Mike Turner has been appointed a director and will take on new responsibilities for the development of the business alongside two other directors as well as managing a team of seven people.
Two Promotions
DTZ has marked the end of another successful financial year with the promotion to associate director for Paul Goodacre and Andrew Maude in its Nottingham office.
Paul joined DTZ in 2003 as part of the national investment team.
Andrew Maude, head of project and building consultancy, joined DTZ Nottingham in 2001.
Double Boost
Salloway have appointed two specialist surveyors to add to the company’s expanding team.
