Birmingham Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Chivers Commercial has sold Saxon Way, Fordbridge, Birmingham. An industrial development site with an area of some 570 sq m (680 sq yards), Saxon Way was sold for £100,000 to a private purchaser. Sutton in Ashfield Polimoon Fibrenyle has disposed of their factory premises situated at Coxmoor Road, Sutton in Ashfield. New West Chartered Surveyors, Nottingham were retained by Polimoon to dispose of the freehold site and buildings which comprised over 5,974 sq m (64,000 sq ft) on a site area of over 1.33 ha (3.27 acres). The freehold was disposed of following a best bids situation and the guide price was offers in excess of £1.6m. New West Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the vendors, Polimoon Packaging Ltd, and Prospect Estates Ltd represented themselves. Walsall St Modwen has completed the new £2.5m premises for G H Stafford on the 15-acre Walsall Enterprise Park where the final speculative phase, scheduled for completion next spring, is already being taken up. G H Stafford is relocating from Town Wharf Business Park to its new 45,000 sq ft building. They will be joined on the park by Sunny		Electrical Supplies and Brave Biz, who will both take space on the latest phase currently under construction. The latter two companies, together with a private buyer, have acquired three units totalling 7,588 sq ft and with a sale value of around £500,000. The premises comprise 133,720 sq ft and are let on a 15-year fri lease at £568,310 pa, which equates to £4.25 psf. Hillarys Blinds Ltd were represented by D Pepper Esq. Nottingham Acting on behalf of Lismar Ltd, Savills have completed the letting of Unit 2 Little Tennis Street, Nottingham to Crane Engineering Services Ltd. The property comprises a modern single storey warehouse unit within integral two storey offices totalling 564 sq m (6,067 sq ft). The building was let on the basis of a new lease for a term of six years at a commencing rent of £30,000 pax.
