Birmingham Real Estate Investors plc (REI) has paid £2.6m for the 18,000 sq ft former Ciro Citterio headquarters now known as Hagley Court at 40 Vicarage Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham.		Hagley Court is part let to Jigsaw Insurance Marketing and there is a further 12,500 sq ft of refurbished office space to let at £13.50 psf. This is the latest in a series of strategic purchases REI has made in its West Midlands heartland in 2007.
