A unit at Hurst Business Park, Two Locks, Brierley Hill has been let by Bulleys to Samuel, Son and Co

A new joint venture between Samuel, Son and Co of Ontario, Canada and Reading based Generation Metals Ltd, has resulted in a letting of a new modern production facility at Two Locks, Brierley Hill on the Hurst Business Park estate.
The new UK company, to be known as Samuel, Son and Co will provide a comprehensive capability for the processing of aerospace metallic raw materials with particular emphasis on aluminium plate products. The new facility will provide 20 new jobs.
Steve Perriton, partner of Bulleys Chartered Surveyors, Oldbury Office commented: "This joint venture and commitment by Samuel, Son and Co of Canada is an important deal for the Black Country, as it is hi-tech manufacturing".
The modern 23,045 sq ft building was taken on a new ten year fri lease, based on the quoting rental of £5.00 psf.
Redditch
All units on he first phase of a new, £12m, freehold, business park
in Redditch have now been taken, following the letting of the last remaining
warehouse to an expanding Midlands company.
The 10,250 sq ft warehouse (Unit 1) on Target Park, in Shawbank Road,
Lakeside, has been let to distributors Fastener Network Ltd, on a 10-year
lease. Target
Park is a joint venture partnership between Oakham Developments and Abacus
Developments, the property investment and development arm of the Sir Robert
McAlpine Group. Ian Parker, of John Truslove acted on behalf of the landlords
and the tenants represented themselves.
