ADCO Industrial Park, Nottingham
Wellingborough
Acting on behalf of the Borough Council of Wellingborough, Underwoods
has let Unit 14 Trojan Centre, Finedon Road Industrial Estate, Wellingborough
to BRD Calibration Ltd. The 320 sq ft unit has been let on a new three-year
fri lease with annual upwards only rent increases, in line with RPI for
£3,163 pa.
Savills has sold ADCO Industrial Park which is situated adjacent to Bobbersmill Bridge just off Alfreton Road in Nottingham.
